Key responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of institution-wide policies and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate and execute projects across departments, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
• Conduct research and analysis to support policy development and decision-making.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with academic and administrative units to enhance institutional processes and outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to strenghten organizational learning and capacity building.
• Assist in developing frameworks, processes, and tools that enhance institutional effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for institutional (people) development.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within a dynamic educational environment.
