About the Role
Are you passionate about digital innovation and AI in education? We are looking for a motivated Digicoach & AI Specialist to help our teachers unlock the power of technology in the classroom. In this role you’ll guide staff in building strong digital skills and confidently using AI tools and digital resources to enhance learning.
As a Digi-Coach, you’ll be the go-to person for teachers, translating central policy into practical classroom solutions. You’ll run workshops, organise ‘AI clinics’, and provide hands-on support to make AI adoption smooth, fun, and impactful. You’ll also work closely with the Rijnlands Lyceum AI Quartermaster and the School AI Team (SAT) to lead local implementation and share best practices across the school.
What You’ll Do
· Lead workshops, coaching sessions, and AI clinics for teachers.
· Help integrate AI tools, digital platforms like Magic School, and multimedia resources into lessons.
· Collaborate with Digital and AI teams across Rijnlands Lyceum.
· Contribute to shaping AI and digital literacy policies.
· Identify staff needs, share success stories, and champion AI adoption in a responsible way.
What We’re Looking For
· Hands-on experience with AI tools and educational technology.
· Experience supporting, coaching, or training teachers.
· Strong communication skills and ability to inspire colleagues.
· Ability to turn staff needs into practical, actionable support.
· Interest in educational policy and digital literacy (bonus!).
· Enthusiasm for innovation and experimenting with new technologies.
